REPORTS TO: Vice President of Sales, PPOK


We are seeking a proven Sales Representative who can find and cultivate RxLinc sales opportunities by directly engaging potential customers, developing strategic partnerships with key players, and who can facilitate growth within existing accounts. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Customer Focus/Building Positive Relationships by identifying key decision makers
  • Creative thought Process in developing customer base
  • Position is for individual contributor but must also be able to participate in multi-functional team efforts
  • Able to work with, report off and update our CRM module on daily basis.
  • Work with SVP of RxLinc on RFP opportunities with larger clients on as needed basis
  • Develop and execute plans to maximize selling resources
  • Participate in all RxLinc team functions and meetings as requested by SVP of RxLinc
  • Attend industry-focused Trade shows and build prospect list for follow-up
  • Learn company services and products to identify opportunities to upsell to benefit pharmacy operations and prepare competitive proposals to such pharmacies
  • Upsell existing accounts on our programs and benefits
  • Learn and understand customer challenges to develop appropriate industry solutions
  • Maintains quota and sales goals as established by management. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Conduct in-person, Zoom or Microsoft teams meetings with pharmacy owners to promote and sell company business solutions
  • Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research
  • Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner
  • Ability to leverage relationships for referrals
  • Build Pharmacy Advocates for RxLinc
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management from CRM as instructed
  • Work with other internal PPOK departments in coordinated sales efforts

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 3 + years of proven sales experience and success in the independent pharmacy space
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills. Excellent negotiation skills. Excellent Presentation skills
  • Ability to target independent pharmacy owners to maximize sales growth and increase product volume
  • Proficiency with computer, Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and CRM
  • Self-motivated, passionate and results-driven. Self starter with high energy
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Excellent time management, listening, prioritization and organizational skills


  • Consistent income with base/bonus structure

Physical Requirements / Working Environment:

  • Ability to work remote and travel up to 25% of the time including overnight.
