Operational Sensitivity to Maximize Productive:  Upon signing up with Rx Linc we contact you to review your pharmacy system requirements, and schedule a “go live” date that is most convenient for your store and staff.

Quick and Sure Response: At Rx Linc, we believe a knowledgeable customer support staff coupled with a highly reliable network are important keys to your business success.  To minimize disruptions, our support staff has computerized databases that enable them to respond with accurate and timely information. Rx Linc strives to provide reliable, one stop assistance.

Our office hours are 8:30AM-5:00PM Central time Monday through Friday.  Outside of these hours, staff members are always available by pager for emergencies.
